Formed in 1997, Batoyle Freedom Groups Glass Division
was originally set up to expand on the considerable
success achieved supplying specialist lubricants
to the UK Glass Container industry. Based on a strong
blend of new technology development and market focus,
the division has achieved a dominant market share
within the UK.
The product portfolio was developed in the group's
own laboratories using in house expertise. Batoyle
Freedom Group were the first company to successfully
offer the full range of lubricants for the four
key areas of ‘Hot End’ lubrication
– Synthetic I.S., Shear Spray, Mould Dopes
and Scoop/Shotgun oils.
More recently the Division has become well established
as an international player and supplies some of
the major Glass Container groups worldwide. The
strategy for the Division is to become the worlds
No 1 supplier of specialist hot end lubricants
