the group’s purchasing, production and transport
operations respond as one single, seamless activity.
The Operations Management Team service in excess
of 5,000 customers with a product range totalling
more than 800 lubricants and ancillary products.
Head Office and the Manufacturing and Sales Centres
are located in the UK at Huddersfield, where production
capacity is in excess of 40,000 tonnes. To ensure
the highest possible standards of customer service
the Group operates its own transport fleet of
11 commercial vehicles in order to provide an
unbeatable level of delivery performance.
Sales Administration, Warehousing, and Distribution
Depots around the UK support the Huddersfield
operation and provide a very rapid, locally available
service.
Export markets are serviced through a worldwide
network of Agents and Distributors who provide
locally available support to the group’s
individual Sales Divisions and the markets they
operate in.
