POLYSPIN
: |

A
comprehensive range of fully synthetic fibre lubricants
and processing aids for a wide cross section of
applications and processing systems. Applications
include all conventional yarn spinning techniques
including processing of yarns through the woollen,
worsted, and cotton systems. In addition, products
are available to facilitate modern high speed drawing,
spinning and twisting of worsted and semi worsted
yarns. Where necessary, selected products can be
used to impart additional anti static characteristics,
increased fibre to fibre cohesion and/or impart
superior handle to yarns or fabric. There is literally
no restriction on the range of fibres that can be
processed by selection of the appropriate Polyspin
product. |

VELVETEX

Primarily
recommended for the production of the finest quality
hosiery yarns, the Velvetex range are premium quality
mineral oil based fibre lubricants compounded with
special synthetic esters and emulsifiers/anti static
agents. They produce exceptionally stable emulsions
and are easily scourable. |

NILECTROL

| |
Conventional
scourable mineral wool oils with excellent fibre
to fibre cohesion, lubricity and anti static properties.
Primarily recommended for processing a range of
natural and synthetic fibre types on woollen systems.
They are readily removable under mild scouring conditions. |

TEX

A
range of twisting oils and supplementary processing
aids including anti static agents and yarn strengthening
agents. |

HIBOND
: |
| |
A
speciality range of 10 Warp Wax formulations designed
to provide overall improvements in weaving efficiency.
The formulations vary to give differing balances
between their ‘weight’ of film, film
type, viscosity, anti static behaviour, lubricity,
cohesive nature etc. By careful selection of the
most suitable Hibond grade against the process conditions,
maximum weaving efficiency can be achieved. |

MANTO

Developed
to help overcome the problem of gear box oil contamination
from looms staining finished cloth, the incorporation
of emulsifiers into the Manto formulations aids
the ease of removal of oil from the fabric whilst
still maintaining adequate lubrication of the gear
box. |

RINGSPIN

| |
A
combination of full synthetic and mineral oil based
ring oils. Selected grades include emulsifiers or
fatty compounding agents in their formulations.
A number of synthetic grades are specifically approved
for use with sintered rings. |

needle oils to minimise the risk of staining occurring
as a result of contamination of yarn during the
knitting process. |
