MASTERSOL

A
comprehensive of water miscible drawing lubricants
for the production of nonferrous wire, in particular
copper and copper alloys. These products are suitable
for rod breakdown, intermediate, fine and superfine
drawing by a variety of techniques including single,
twin wire and multi wire drawing. Production of
superior quality coated wires including PVC, tinned
and enamelled wire is eminently achievable with
the Mastersol Range of products. Major benefits
including machine cleanliness, wire quality and
longevity of lubricant life are a feature of the

BATRAL

and aluminium alloy wire drawing lubricants. A variety
of grades are available for rod breakdown, intermediate
and fine wire sizes. Materials from pure aluminium
through to the hardest magnesium, lithium and silicon
alloys can be accommodated. Recent introductions
include a range of fully synthetic products with
ultra high lubricity and antiwear performance for
very severe draws on tough alloys. |
